Cancellation Policy

Our 24-hour cancellation policy requires that any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
